GUESTS MUST INFORM US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF THEY INTEND TO USE A GIFT VOUCHER AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT. This is essential so we can validate the voucher and apply it correctly to the reservation. Please note that if you book online, you will still be required to provide card details to guarantee the reservation, and the voucher will not be applied automatically. The most effective way to use your voucher is therefore by booking directly with our Reservations Team. This voucher may be redeemed toward any food & beverage purchase or overnight stay at Crafted at Powdermills. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. Vouchers can be partially redeemed, and any remaining balance must be used before the original expiry date. If the total value of the bill exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of use. Vouchers must be presented upon arrival or at the time of payment. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional offers, unless explicitly stated. Advance booking is recommended, and all bookings are subject to availability. Guests must inform us at the time of booking if they intend to use a gift voucher as a method of payment. This ensures that the reservation is processed correctly and that the voucher can be validated and applied to the relevant charges.
